On Friday afternoon, the Manhattan College men's and women's cross country teams will begin the 2015 campaign by hosting the Brother Jasper Season Opener at Van Cortlandt Park. Manhattan will welcome Army West Point, Columbia, Cornell and Hofstra, as well as the women's team from Southern Connecticut State for its only home meet of the season. The five-kilometer women's race gets underway at 2:30 p.m., with the six-kilometer men's race to follow at 3 p.m.
