On a beautiful Friday afternoon at Van Cortlandt Park, the Manhattan College men's and women's cross country teams took part in the annual Metropolitan Championships. Led by a 12th-place finish from Kevin O'Brien (Attleboro, Mass.), the Jasper men placed fifth as a team. The Manhattan women, meanwhile, finished eighth behind Milena Stoicev's (Nis, Serbia) ninth-place showing.
