Love Litzell (Ostersund, Sweden) of the Manhattan College outdoor track & field team won the hammer throw for the third time in as many weeks at the Sam Howell Invitational from Princeton University's Weaver Stadium on Friday. Litzell also improved his performance for the third straight time, uncorking a toss of 62.62 meters (205 feet, five inches).
